Dress features an off-the-shoulder style, smocking at bust and arms, lace detail at arms, a full flowing skirted bottom that has ruffle detailing, all over print, and a maxi length. 

Fit Info: Dress has a flowing fit. The top has a stretchy but firm fit. If in between sizes, consider sizing down. If arms are of a very great concern, consider sizing up (there is a lace detail at sleeve the slightly hinders the full stretch of the smocking).
