Terms and Conditions
This e-gift card is issued by Divno Jé LLC which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the United States. This e-gift card may be redeemed for goods or services at any Divno Jé store, pop-up event, or online at www.divnoje.com. This e-gift card cannot be redeemed for cash (except in those states that require redemption for cash), replaced if lost or stolen, or reloaded. E-gift cards will be sent to the email provided upon payment. Divno Jé LLC is not responsible for e-gift cards that are lost as a result of providing an incorrect email address. E-gift cards do not expire. There are no refunds for any reason. This gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Multiple e-gift cards cannot be used together in a single order. If the purchase value exceeds the e-gift card amount, the balance must be paid by credit card, debit card, internet banking, or cash. If the order value is less than the amount of the e-gift card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-gift card and can be used for subsequent transactions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision and change by Divno Jé LLC without notice; however, the then current Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to a purchase at the time that it is accepted.
